Most of our watches feature a 3ATM or 5ATM water resistance rating, meaning they can withstand splashes and brief immersion in water, but are not suitable for swimming or diving.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films are still intact to qualify for a full refund.

Yes, every TGM watch is backed by a 24-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.
How do I adjust my mesh or link watch strap?
Our mesh straps can be easily adjusted using the tool provided in your watch box. For link bracelets, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to ensure a perfect fit without damaging the pins.
